Circle Meet of Rajasthan Circle Postmaster Cadre

           

Dear Postmaster,

     You are cordially invited to attend the meeting of All India Association of Postmaster Cadre Rajasthan Circle to be held on 25th May 2013 in Jaipur

               

                    Venue  :    Hotel Kohinnor Opp. Sindhicamp Bus Stand

                    Timings:   1100 hrs

 

Through the meeting we should prepare ourselves in the following points :

 1.    To discuss All India Postmasters meet at Mumbai

 2.    To Discuss the meeting of Postmaster Cadre with Directorate Office

 3.    Making Database of all the Postmaster Masters Grade I & II

 4.    Raising funds through donations under receipts

 5.    Forming circle level ad-hoc body

 6.    Forming regional level ad-hoc body

7.      Discuss the issues relating cadre

8.      Discuss on ad-hoc promotion for Postmaster Grade-ii & Grade-iii

9.      Also to discuss the local issues to be taken up with the circle office

10.           Prepare a resolution for submit to CPMG
