Meeting of Punjab Circle was held at Jalandhar on 12.5.2013 at City Hub , Shastri Market Jalandhar. In this meeting Adhoc body of Punjab Circle was elected unanimously  & sent to General Secretary All India Association of Postmaster Cadre for approval

Following Items were discussed for Agenda

1.    Gradation List of Punjab Circle should  be prepared.

2.    An increment should be given to those who were promoted in the same grade pay.

3.    Adhoc Promotion for Grade II & Grade III should be made

4.    In Grade III Post offices appointment of HSG-I Regular is natural injustice .It should be stopped immediately.

5.    Adequate Staff postion should be in Identified Grade I ,II , III Post offices
